Development of feasibility studies and business plans for major infrastructure projects

IEC conducts comprehensive studies. Their aim is a maximally complete, accurate and objective assessment of the main parameters of infrastructure projects and key indicators of their effectiveness. As part of a business plan development for major infrastructure projects, IEC provides: demand forecasting, cost estimation for building and operating an infrastructure object, developing tariff models that maximize transporter's revenues, evaluating socio-economic effects of project implementation and developing a project's organizational, legal and detailed financial models.

The research results are documented in the form of extensive feasibility studies, business plans and investment project portfolios that are ready for submission to federal executive bodies and to potential investors.
